Internships and Traineeships
The Department of Architecture and Design offers internships and orientation programs for students in the Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (Class LM-4), the Bachelor's Degree in Design (Class L-4), and the Master's Degree in Design for Mediterranean Cultures. Product | Space | Communication (Class LM-12).
The training and orientation internship allows students to experience aspects of the working world related to the scientific objectives of their university course.
Training and orientation internships are provided for in Article 5 of the Regulations for the Accreditation and Recognition of Type F Training Activities (Approved at the Board of Directors meeting on January 21, 2025), which mandate that they be conducted at institutions, companies, professional firms, and agencies, internal university facilities, university laboratories, formally recognized organizations or associations, etc., accredited through specific agreements with the Department of Architecture and Design.
The institutions recommended by dAeD are published in the Affiliated Institutions section , or they can be indicated by trainee candidates and evaluated following the submission of a CV.
To activate an internship, the candidate must follow the administrative process for activating a training internship and submit the request to the dAeD academic office. The dAeD academic office, after verifying the application's compliance, will initiate the administrative procedure.
