Graduation Sessions

1. WITHIN THE 30TH DAY BEFORE THE FIRST USABLE DATE OF THE DEGREE SESSION: 

Log in to your  Esse3 Reserved Area   and submit your thesis assignment request by following the instructions in the link:

2. WITHIN THE 20TH DAY BEFORE THE FIRST USABLE DATE OF THE DEGREE SESSION:

Log in to your  Esse3 Reserved Area   - Degree - Degree Achievement, enter the degree achievement application and the receipt of the Alma Laurea questionnaire previously completed on the website  https://www.almalaurea.it/servizi-per-chi-studia-e-si-laurea/questionario-fine-corso  . The system will then automatically generate the €48.00 fee, which will be visible in the FEES section. 

3. WITHIN THE 10TH CALENDAR DAY BEFORE THE FIRST USABLE DATE OF THE DEGREE SESSION: 

Having acquired all the CFU, except those relating to the final exam

4. WITHIN THE 7TH DAY BEFORE THE FIRST USABLE DATE OF THE DEGREE SESSION: 

Access your  Esse3 Reserved Area  - Degree - Achievement of qualification and upload the thesis file in PDF format and digitally signed by your supervisor.

A paper COPY of the thesis must be presented to the degree committee on the day of the defense and will be returned at the end of the graduation session.

The cover template is standard, while the descriptive section can be styled in various formats. The only constraints for the descriptive section are:
- ISO class B5 format (17.6 cm x 25 cm)
- margins: 3 cm inside, 2 cm outside
- header and footer: 2 cm
- double-sided printing

• Degree Course in Industrial Engineering L9
• Master's Degree in Environmental and Land Engineering LM35
• Master's Degree in Civil Engineering LM23
• Interclass Master's Degree in Engineering for Sustainable Management of the Environment and Energy:
  - LM-35: Use the same color as the Master's Degree in Environmental and Land Engineering
  - LM-30: Use the same color as the Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering, adding the red stripe found on the thesis covers of the Master's Degree courses at the bottom
