Open Access

The Università Mediterranea promotes open access to scientific literature, pursuant to art. 2, co. 2, of the Statute , through (1) the publication of scientific journals freely accessible in electronic format and (2) adherence to contracts stipulated by the CRUI with the main publishers that provide for the publication in open access of articles by authors affiliated with the University, without individual costs.

The open access journals of the Mediterranean University are ArcHistoR and LaborEst .

OA Publications

Corresponding authors affiliated with the Università Mediterranea can benefit from coverage of the costs of open access publication of their articles in Elsevier , Oxford University Press , Springer and Wiley journals , within the limits set by the relevant contracts.
